Order Processing and Shipping

At My Store, we process all orders within 1-3 business days. Following processing, delivery typically takes between 7-12 business days, depending on your shipping address and the shipping option you select at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, limited inventory, pricing errors, payment verification failures, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout using one of the available payment methods on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the authorization to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate and complete.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout. Your total shipping fee depends on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Returns and Refunds

Most items purchased from My Store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
